Dit kan klachten geven, zoals vermoeidheid, slecht slapen, spierpijn, hoofdpijn, angst of paniek. Je merkt vaak pas later hoeveel dit je dagelijks leven be\u00efnvloedt. Gelukkig kan je lichaam ook zelf spanning loslaten. Deze helpen je om in contact te komen met je lichaam. Hierna kan het lijf op een natuurlijke en veilige manier spanning ontladen. Tijdens de sessie ben ik er om je te begeleiden en te ondersteunen waar dat nodig is. Iedereen is welkom \u2013 of het nu je eerste keer is of dat je al ervaring hebt.
